Committee Meeting Minutes
Minutes of ordinary committee meetings are kept by the Secretary and available to financial members on request.
Membership Register
The membership register is maintained by the Treasurer in accordance with section 39 of the Constitution. It is not publicly available but may be inspected by financial members by arrangement with the Secretary.
Financial Year
The club’s financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December. The Treasurer presents an annual report at each AGM.
Incorporated Association
The Canberra Swiss Club Inc is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1991 (ACT). The club is not currently registered with the ACNC.
